I spoke with one of the recruiters in Boston first (phone call, about 1 hr), then she referred me to a colleague on the team in Hong Kong (skype call, about 1 hr), then I spoke with the hiring manager (my current boss) on skype for about an hr. This all took place in the span of 1 week. I also had to submit a business case study challenge before the last interview.
