Interview
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at EF Education First (London, England (UK) and it was a simple process which was easy to complete E.g. what would you do if you are waiting for a bus, what would you if one of the kids get lost on the tube, what would you do on a nice sunny day out etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
standard, I e-mailed and waited nearly 2-3months until I got a reply. However many questions asking you about experiences with kids (from age 13-17) and specific questions to what you would do in situations.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First)
Interview
In-person interview after emailing resume. Sat in a lobby with others to interview, which wasn't too stressful all things considered. The interview is pretty easy if you have any EFL experience.
30 minutes phone call screening then in person interview with a panel. Friendly and encouraging interviewers. Overall the process took about 2 weeks from when I applied to when I had my final interview

Interview
So easy it was more like a sales pitch. Be prepared to talk about experience with children. It was over zoom, so have good internet.
Be confident.
