The process was to apply, be selected, with an in-person interview to follow. They had a general interview comprised of questions relating to specific co-op roles but also broader questions to consider you for multiple positions you may not have applied for initially.
It was alright. A phone interview followed by a longer video interview with them, and they reached out shortly after I applied. No information given beforehand. It was also informative about Education First
Online application followed up by an email scheduling a remote Interview for 30 minutes designed mainly of on behavioral questions and not technical ones. Additionally was given information about the HQ and the work life

friendly, welconing. Spoke with 6 people, 3 from different teams. asked a variety of questions. interview was more of a conversation. the interview was about an hour long and was at their Boston office.
