I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Cambridge, MA) in Oct 2020
Interview
I was contacted within a week of submitting my application to have a phone interview. I thought the interview went well and the interviewer was nice and answered all my questions. I followed up a week after to see if there were any updates on the interview process and again a week after that and never got any response from the person who interviewed me. Over a month later, I got an automated email saying they weren’t going to move forward with me. I thought it was a little unprofessional of the interviewer to never give me an update after our interview.
Rapide entretien téléphonique vérifiant les disponibilités et motivation. Entretien en personne avec les deux cheffes d'équipe. Au fait sur le CV; Assez rapide (20 minutes) et convivial. Réponse dans les jours qui ont suivi.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Brussels) in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward, the initial interview is in person, and quite informal and nice to go through, you'll meet with one or two people from the office, this interview is about 45 minutes to an hour.. The second round is a real-life situation where you'll get to try out your sales skills. This interview is about 30 minutes. If you make it there, you'll have a call with the Head of the Country to evaluate your experience and exceptions and motivations. Fairly short as well.
