Interview
I had a phone interview and then 2 in-person interviews. They also did a mock sales call. During the 2nd interview, they seemed to imply that I was getting this role and I was confident in my performance, but then I got rejected with the explanation that someone else was better suited.
An initial 30-minute Zoom call is the first step. It was conversational and casual. The next step includes a 90-minute interview with role-playing. The recruiter acted like I was guaranteed to participate in the next step, but I did not get the opportunity to, unfortunately.

A phone interview, an office tour, and 2 in-person interviews, one was a sales call roleplay. The interviewer left the room and called me on the phone. Felt confident that I was going to get an offer based on the in-person interviews and hiring manager feedback, but ended up not getting it.
