I applied online. Since I was based in Stockholm, I was invited for an interview day at their Stockholm office. I had 3 interviews, approximately 40 minutes each. Interviewers were of different seniority and actually the more senior, the nicer people they were.
The most junior person, who has just finished her graduate program in the company, was very pushy and sometimes inappropriate. Since the position assumes international rotation, she asked me if I am ok with that in case I am in a relationship.
Interview questions were mostly based on motivation, past work experience and extra-curricular activities.

Question 1
One of the interviewers was trying hard to explain to me that the position is mostly about accounting which doesn't fit that well my corporate finance major. I don' think these fields are so distant. Moreover, eventually they hired another corporate finance major.

Interview
First, a phone call, then a recorded interview via video, then a numerical reasoning test, and then there are two zoom interviews followed with the final interview being in person.

First got invited to do a video interview on a recruiting platform then got to do a live skype interview and lastly got invited to the their office to do 3 different interviews where one was a case interview.
