Very exhausted to receive any answer. I applied online in EF job page. I had to upload my CV and a motivation letter and then I had to made a video answering 3 different questions. After that I received an email to invite me to an online interview. I had the first interview with two members of the finance department but who work in Latin America. After that I was invited to an "online assessment day" where all the candidates were on it and also future co-workers. I guess this meeting was to meet each other and also made some other questions about me. At this time I was thinking that the next time I would have notice from the company would be to invite me to an interview at the company or just denied my application but again I received an online invitation for another interview with another persons. After this last interview I didn't have any answer of my application so I assumed that was denied. For me the process was to long were candidates invest their time to not even receive any answer from the company. Too RUDE for me
