I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Vancouver, BC) in Jun 2013
Interview
Very easy interview with just one member of management. It lasted about 20 minutes, and was mostly just about previous experience and availability. No local HR person so a fairly simple interview. No tricky questions and I went away feeling quite certain that I would get a call back, which I did the next day.

I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Shanghai, Shanghai)
Interview
Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
