Interview
Applied online. They scheduled a phone interview a few weeks later. Then after received an email asking if I could come interview with the Denver office. It was a group interview with a about 10 other people trying for the same position. Sort of an awkward setting. Had to go around and introduce yourself and your favorite travel story. Then some information about the company and videos. Last thing in the group interview was giving a 90 second pitch about a product or service you're passionate about. The went into smaller group interviews where they would ask a question and wait for someone to speak up. Moved from that into a speed dating style of interviewing with upper management. All in all about 2 hours.
