I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (London, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Online application followed by a phone interview and three on-site interviews (one in Stockholm, two in London).
Interviews were very casual and non-technical while at the same time feeling professional. Emphasis was put on personal projects and how my skills could be put to use at EF. All in all a very positive experience.
The last two interviews were on-site in London at an assessment day and they flew us in from Stockholm. The assessment day also involved breakfast, lunch, presentations and the possibility to ask the engineers and managers questions.
All in all it was a very good recruitment process and they felt genuinely interested in my work and me as a person.
