I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EFC Systems (Brentwood, TN) in Sep 2015
Interview
I received an email from one of the recruiters who had received my resume and we set up a phone screening. During the phone call, we talked about my experience and he decided to invite me up to do an in person interview. When I got to the interview, it turns out they really don't even use one of the programming languages the person over the phone told me that they did and one of the interviewers was extremely rude to me. He kept being very condescending toward me. I am a recent college graduate, so of course, I really haven't saved the world yet.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EFC Systems (Nashville, TN) in Feb 2011
Interview
Stared with sending a resume and my first phone interview was with the technical lead. After that a face to face was setup where I met with the technical lead and the owner. After that I had a follow up call with the owner to discuss salary and an offer was extended. The process did drag on as the days I was told I would hear information from them dragged on.
