I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EFI (Madrid) in Jul 2022
Interview
The process was difficult from the beginning as the first contact person left the job. After 2 chase emails another main contact point was established. I was interviewed by 4 people in the organization individually. Between each stage/interview I had to send follow up emails to chase the next stage date.
Then 3 weeks of quiet. I was chasing without response. After emailing an high ranking person in the organization with my complaint I have received the most unexpected response.

Was welcomed very warmly by the HR. Never felt it was an interview, they made me be myself. They briefed me very well about the organisation and the objective of the position I was interviewing for.
My interview slot coincided with Lunch time and I was invited for the same.
To sum up, it was wonderful experience.
