The application process has 4r steps which are the initial interview, online assessment, personal interview and then final interview. The online assessment was quite a pain since it'll probably take you a minimum of 1 hour to complete since the exam was lengthy. There's this part where you have to wear a headset and listen to a recorded voice and type what you're hearing. Personal interview was still pretty much like the initial interview, only it focuses more on your background. For my final interview I had to wait for 2 hours before I got interviewed. The final interview includes a mock call or a mock chat, depending on where you're going to be assigned.
