      Junior Business Analyst Interview

      Apr 14, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Munich, Bavaria
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EGYM (Munich, Bavaria) in Feb 2026

      Interview

The interview process consisted of five stages, with each stage serving as an elimination round. These included an HR round, a case study submission (Excel task and presentation), a two-hour in-person interview, an interview with the director, and a final discussion with another team member. Overall, the process was well-structured and thorough, providing valuable insight into the role and the team. However, I was ultimately rejected after the interview with the director, as they chose to proceed with a candidate who had more qualifications. One area for improvement is communication and feedback. Initially, I received a generic rejection after director round, and only after following up twice did I receive a more specific response. Given that the process spanned approximately two months and included multiple intensive stages, I would have appreciated more detailed and timely feedback especially after reaching the later rounds so that I could better understand areas for improvement.
