I was lucky enough to know the interviewing team so was given an interview fairly quickly in line with other interviews already happening. I was then offered a second interview and telephone interview from the Munich Office. The Telephone interview was great, we just spoke to get a feel for each other and I believe this was a useful process. The second interview I was asked to present back how I would achieve my targets and market in my first year.
