I had only two interviews with approximately one week between each one. The first was with one of HR asking about my experience, what is the specific reason for applying eGym and why Germany etc. It was a very interesting discussion. The interviewer was very kind and friendly. The second was a coding test exercise to do offline dealing with RESTful web services and unit testing. To be honest I gave my full effort to complete the all parts of the test and sent back my code within 2.5 days. Unfortunately I have used old version of Java version and failed with application performance.(I got to know this after getting their feedback) After 4 days later I have got the email I am not suitable for this position and I asked them to send a feedback of my work. I got a descriptive feedback within 2 days and mentioning what are the good points and weak points of my work. I learned a lot of thing from the coding task.
