Round -1 HR: Not just typical HR round, also had some technical questions as well Round- 2 Technical 1 with the Team lead: A coding challenge to solve live and some C++ questions Round -3 Technical 2 with 2 senior engineers: Tried understanding the design patterns and skills Even after answering all correct, they rejected!

Fast and clear interview process, very well guided from beginning till end by HR recruiters. I could experience how each one of the interview stages increases the technical difficulty of the question, which makes a lot of sense in order to filter candidates and also allows candidate to have inmediate feedback on how are they doing. On my case the whole process did last less than 2 weeks from first contact till offer letter. After that I had the chance also to visit the office, which gave me a better idea on how the company structures and what kind of culture has, which helped me decided fully to sign contract with them.

The process was fast, the questions were almost exclusively technical and overall experience was very good! Also the people were super friendly and i instantly felt comfortable during the ice-breakers. Would recommend!
