My experience with Eikon consists of three interviews, which were all done by different people in the company, starting from a higher and ending with a lower position in the company. HR was never involved in the process, even when I received Eikon's offer.
A couple of weeks after applying online for the position, I was invited to an online screening interview. During this first interview, I was asked about my background, salary expectations, and what I knew about the company.
After one week I was invited to an in-person interview with someone in the Subtitling department, during which we discussed the position and my skills in detail. After the in-person interview, I didn't hear from Eikon for almost three weeks, despite them stating they wanted to fill the position as soon as possible, and me sending a follow-up email.
After 18 days from the interview, I got an email asking to schedule an online interview with another person in the Subtitling department in 4 hours. Despite finding this quite unprofessional, I took the interview, as I didn't have any other reason to reschedule it. During this last interview, after asking about myself, the interviewer was constantly asking me what I already knew about the job, as if looking for confirmation, and never added anything to my answers. The only thing they let slip was that working overtime was very common.
On the following working day I got an offer, which I declined as some of the details (such as working hours and training provided) were not as discussed during the interviews, and the salary was just only what I had asked for, with no benefits.
