I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EMC Insurance (Blue Ash, OH) in Jan 2015
Interview
I applied online and was contacted a week later. First a phone interview, then a face to face interview with two people and then I interviewed with someone who was at home office. A lot of conflict resolution questions, a lot of questions period. I felt like it was an intense interview. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. It's been six weeks with no word, I guess the answer is a no go for me. The company seems really awesome. Good luck to you though!
