I was selected for a phone interview for the Microscopist position. It was very informal and she went through my resume and the job description. She didn't make the company nor the job sound very appealing to work at. She asked me personal questions that are not allowed to be asked in an interview and then criticized me for a career choice I made for myself. She constantly cut me off while I was answering her question and at one point she started yawning while I was explaining things.

Seemed like they were rushed to find people and didn’t really take into account your schedule. They wanted me to come into the building for a tour within a week, despite not getting a interview for a few months.
