Was interested in their hiring approach, as it seemed like smth interesting, unbiased, and skill-based. 4 days after the application I received a 20-minute skill-based test. After completion of the test received the invitation to share my availability for the interview. The first round interview was with a Talent Lead and it was a really interesting conversation. I took some tips in my everyday work after that interview. That was an aspiring talk! The process was smooth and efficient, with the help of schedulers to share availability for the interview or AI tools to take notes during the interview. Incredibly well-tuned process!
