First stage was with HR/recruiter. The conversation felt really odd, she was nice but in a customer support kind of nice - very robotic and kind of unnatural. I wished it felt more personal, genuine and present. Second stage was with team lead, should've been with VP who is managing the CSM team but VP was one month new in the company. Team lead was technical, asked strategic questions - overall a nice discussion. Third stage is technical interview that consisted of doing a demo of their portal and answering few technical questions. I received a lot of documentation that could've helped me prepare for the demo. It was a plenty of material that requires days to be consumed. There were also a lot of technical back end topics including JSON etc which I skipped since I don't come from that technical background. The bright side is that I found on youtube a demo session lead by a sales engineer from their company which really helped me prepare and organize the demo. I was at the end rejected with the feedback that my demo was unstructured which was ironic since I did it the same way that their sales engineer did. However, I didn't answer some of their technical questions with the particular language that they expected. The negative experience that I had is not the people or unprofessionalism or mistreatment. I enjoyed meeting their team but the technical assignment in my opinion was too over the top and required so much time for preparation. I've never spent more time on an interview. Usually, you learn about the product and the services when you get onboarded and most of the time even after that. The materials were not there only to be glanced over or read but to be thoroughly consumed and understand. It was just a lot. Hope they find their unicorn and have a better and structured requirements for the profile they are looking for. I'm choosing the interview difficulty as "Difficult" not because it was actually difficult rather than overly demanding.

3 rounds of interview with HR Telephone screening, call with the head of the domain and then onsite interview with the VP. I also had to do a presentation on the technology they are using. It was overall a professional experience, the HR people were friendly and the company is growing.
