Such a bad experience that I can only laught about it. The Recruiter (Lead) was extremely unprepared, his questions were like a check-list, no connection between any question. I got the impression that he was completely disconnected, did not show any interest whatsoever. I asked for Tech projects and he did not know anything and started to change topics. How is supposed a Recruiter to have this kind of "leadership"? You will never learn the good practices. Said that I would get feedback until the end of that week, I only got the rejection email after 3 weeks. Honestly I did not even care about chasing for feedback, because after meeting him I would never join this company.
