Step 1: In person General Interview, going through portfolio. Gave a design challenge to work on. Step 2: Presentation of design challenge (design challenge was not related to their existing projects, meaning they didn't try to get free work out of it which was good) Step 3: Culture Fit Interview Step 1 and 2 were a week apart. Met 4 employees during the interview process.
