They are taking offline interviews in the era of virtual one. Also expects too much from a single candidate. Asked python, pyspark,data warehousing, sql, spark internal working, spark optimization etc
2 rounds of interviews: one tech and the other an HR discussion and then an offer discussion. The process was staright forward and did not involve any assessments apart from tech discussions.

1. What is the difference between this and that : this was the only pattern of mostly questions.
2. Three coding questions were asked sql, python, pyspark
Coding live test by sharing screen in pyspark, python, sql. Total 3 questions from each , 1 pyspark, 1 python, 1 sql questions was asked. Over all it was medium level

3 rounds of interview, with HR, Tech Team and Manager. It was not that difficult. Interview question mainly round experience, tech, problem solving. There is few SQL programming test also
