I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Hyderābād) in May 2016
Interview
It was a planned walk in on Saturday. I was told about the position that it's a functional role. In an interview, I could clear the Management round which was about Project Management but then I was told by the panel that they need a Technical Project Manager which was a big disappointment as I was told by HR that it is a functional requirement.

Interview
Had 6 rounds with the company so far. 3 specifically for skill evaluation. 3 more for project fitment evaluation. But each round was an edifying experience. All the panelists were very knowledgeable and the questions were probing hands on expertise than text book knowledge.

Interview
4 rounds starts with technical, problem-solving, manager and client rounds. On domain questions prepare for applications and systems and realtime scenarios and understand the type of questions asked before giving the answers, most of the interviewers are really not smart in epam, they just copy paste from google.

Weird interview. Questions were all over the place. It was honestly very boring. Felt like disconnecting as questions were repeated again and again. Felt like the questions were geared towards waterfall delivery…thank you, but not interested.
