I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Budapest) in May 2021
Interview
There was 3 round:
1, Test (a quiz and 2 short programming exercises)
2, Technical (with 2 experienced developer, 45 minutes of asking questions and 15 minutes of coding)
3, Manager (He tried to decide my level of experience, so he asked some more questions like "how would you start to solve a problem alone?". Talked about the salary as well).
1 day after the 3rd round I got the offer (exactly what we agreed on).
2 rounds of interviews: one tech and the other an HR discussion and then an offer discussion. The process was staright forward and did not involve any assessments apart from tech discussions.
