I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Budapest) in Feb 2022
Interview
The entire process took 2-3 weeks.
I was approached by a recruiter and was invited to a HR interview. I had to wait more than a week to proceed to the technical interview, after which they contacted me within 24 hours to invite me to the final, manager interview.
They asked about my preferred salary range during the first and the last interview. The salary they offer is below industry average in this country (even if you manage to negotiate for the higher end of your level range), so keep that in mind when you apply - it's only worth it if you're interested in the professional opportunity.
Every round was conducted in a professional manner, the interviewers conduct was appropriate and their attitude was assertive and friendly.
