I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2022
Interview
I did two rounds of interviews; the first one was a call with the recruiter (general questions about my background), the second one was technical (business analysis) with a technical interviewer on the EPAM online platform. I passed both of them, the third round was supposed to be with the managers of the team I applied for; unfortunately the recruiter told me a couple of weeks later that the position was closed due to budget cuts. I had a good experience with both the recruiter and the technical interviewer.

Got shortlisted through direct apply. There was a HR screening followed by a Technical interview. Technical round was mostly on SQL, Python skill tests. Simple SQL coding problems could be asked. Was also asked about the teams handled in the past and scenario-based questions on stakeholder communications. Projects/experience regarding AI tech was also questioned.

Worst Experience Ever! Do not bother wasting your time to go for an interview. Was reached out by a recruiter to go for the interview. Everything was fast during the interviewing process, 1st was HR round, 2nd was technical interview followed by hiring manager interview. Was ghosted by the HR after 2 months of interview only to found out from another HR that the round was offered to an internal candidate but the HR in charge dont even bother to reach out to you and mentioned that she forgotten because i was the only one who completed the whole interview process. What a joke of a HR. Worst experience ever.
