The process was quick and transparent. The recruiter was always in contact of the process and answered questions and always got back to me. The interviewers were all lovely. It consisted of a screen, 45 minute hiring manager interview, 45 minute team interview, and then a 30 minute interview with the director. I ended up being selected for the position but later found out that they had to put it on hold due the climate. A few months later I reached back out and the recruiter let me know that the position reopened but would be going in a different direction. I was pretty disappointed as the feedback from the team was that they loved me and were fighting for me to join the team. I wish they would have at least considered or given the opportunity with my skill set. Not to mention that I had put a lot of hours prepping for this interview only to find out the position isn't being filled.
