I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Jul 2021
Interview
I underwent a screening call, followed by a technical interview with two interviewers, and culminated in a final call where I received an offer. While the process was clear and linear, it spanned over two months, probably due to the holiday season. Compared to other interview experiences for similar roles, this one felt more structured and comprehensive. I was particularly impressed by the expertise and competency exhibited by the technical interviewers.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Describe a situation where a Sprint Review or Retrospective didn't go as planned. What did you learn, and how did you adapt in subsequent ceremonies?
Comprehensive interview. Difficulty level was moderate to high. There are 2+1 rounds of interviews. I am sharing my experience for the first rounds.
The sad part was though they claim the process to be very transparent and recorded. They dont share feedback after the step . Not even in email - which I believe is very sahdy and rude behaviour.
