EPAM Systems People Operations Specialist interview questions

I had two rounds of interviews for People Operations Specialist role in EPAM, Prague office. Overall experience with interviews was pleasant, however, nobody has reached out for me with the outcome of the selection process. They promised to give me their feedback after seeing another candidates. In 1,5 months of waiting I dropped a message to the recruiter asking if they can provide me with some information. The reply was quite generic, the recruiter told me that everyone was on vacation and they will clarify the following steps with the hiring manager. Needless to say, never heard from them. Sorry but this is not a good approach, I don't think I can recommend someone to apply to this company. Apparently, they have huge problems with processes and do not care about their image.
