Interview
I was contacted for a Go Engineer position in Romania in May 2023. After we clarified the recruiting process steps, I have accepted the invitation, but to my surprises this has been constantly changed during the interview process. After passing the first round of technical interview I should have another round of interview testing my system design knowledge, but they changed the process and wanted to make a home assignment (because as they mentioned this was the client desire). I accepted this one also and delivered the requested code in the expected time covering all the requirements. I haven't received any feedback in around one week after delivering the project, so I asked them to speed up the process, because I was in close negotiations with another company, but haven't got any feedback since then. My suggestion is to avoid EPAM Romania at least.
