Process was fairly quick and good experience. Very good conversation and strong personality test. Casually seemed like they were testing me on my knowledge of the field without making it seem like a test. Two rounds of interviews, nothing to be afraid of.

Interview
Each candidate gave a <10-minute presentation on ANY topic in front of the other candidates, a company partner, and a senior manager. Then we were all called to a one-on-one behavioral interview with either the senior manager or the partner. Interviews were very conversational and laid-back.
