      Application

I interviewed at EROAD (Manila, Manila)

      Interview

The interview wasn’t intimidating at all! The panel was very engaging and made the conversation feel genuine. The questions weren’t the typical by-the-book ones — they focused more on how you approach different situations and really brought out your character. I was even interviewed by a VP, and surprisingly, it was fun! I didn’t feel nervous at all.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would you handle a situation where a developer in your team takes on additional, unplanned work — goes into overtime to complete it — and only raises during the sprint review that they’re feeling burned out?
