There was no phone screen, I just received a email couple days later with the first test which is a link to download a document which requires answering about 30 questions in 1 hour - this is the time period given before to email them back the answers. After this I received a second email with the second test about two days later, which is a coding challenge, this requires requires using Google API to parse location data which is in a CSV file. There is a 1.5 hour time limit before you have to email the solution back to them. I got a call a few days later by their HR department. They told me my submission was very good and asked me some straight forward behavioral questions. I told them my salary expectations which was the same as my current employer, it was about 25% higher than what they were offering for the role. I was willing to negotiate with them depending on their other perks/holiday/bonuses. They told me they will speak with the hiring manager and get back to me, however I never got a call back to close the loop.
