Interview
They wanted to get to know me as a person rather than what skills I had. This was mainly because it was for a graduate role rather than a role which needed experience. They wanted to understand my short-term and long-term goals and spoke about how EROAD could help with those.
Long but good eperience. Took almost two to three days. But there was 10 interns. Most of the staff are very kind. Easy to answer the questions. All good.
