The process wasn't great, but wasn't bad. I submitted a resume because I saw a posting on LinkedIn. Someone from their HR department reached out a few days later. She called and we talked for about 30 minutes. I went to their office the next day and met with some employees and a couple managers. The office is in the basement of an office park way outside of the city and wasn't easy to find. They said it was because of the computer room needing to be away from the city. They were really disorganized and kept apologizing. I guess there was a lot of turnover and they are trying to hire to back fill a bunch of people that just quit.
