Applied online, 3 weeks later I got a phone call back which started the initial phone screening and then waited a week. After that week, we set up a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty typical with questions like Why do you want to work for us, Why are you wanting to leave your current company, What challenges you have overcomed?

A week later, they called back asking for a second interview where I talked with a supervisor.
