      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ESC Spectrum in Jan 2023

      Interview

First I applied and submitted my resume. I completed an online assessment that they requested. I got an email requesting an interview over the phone. It went well. They continued with a competency interview which I passed. Lastly they scheduled me for a tandem interview. The day of the interview I got a call early morning telling me that my state I currently resided in was an issue. I had asked previously in both interviews about relocation and state residency and I was assured that my state was not an issue. They are incompetent and unprofessional as hell to allow the interview to progress to this state and cancel on me right before the interview took place. They canceled my entire interview and ghosted me. I had to email them, to which I had no response. Finally I called and convinced them that relocation was not an issue for me. I had to submit a specific address to where I was going to be moving. Okay so they rescheduled the interview... The last interview takes place and they begin asking me about part time short term employment I had over 6 years ago. They start questioning me on everything and trying to find negatives or bad things about me. Then they ask to take a break from the interview and ask me to leave the interview and reconnect at a specific time. I reconnected at the exact time I was told, but was not let into the meeting. I waited thinking they needed more time and finally had to even email them thinking there was a problem reconnecting. This pathetic excuse of a manager didn't even care to check to let me back into the meeting. The other interviewers that showed up to this tandem meeting had already left and I was told instantly that I wasn't considered a good fit. They are unprofessional and incompetent. They wasted my time and were disrespectful to me throughout the entire process. I would not waste time trying to apply to this company because they clearly don't care about anyone or your time. They will waste your time and lead you on thinking everything is fine, and then ghost you and tell you that you're not a good fit with no explanation. I would not take a job if they begged me to at this point. Do not apply here, do not bother. I read another review posted here and disregarded it and still applied. I wish I had never applied here. Waste of time, waste of effort, and nothing positive from this experience.
