Brief phone interview...the interview didn't last for more than 10 minutes. Discuss the job in detail. Practically no real interview questions asked.
I won't even waste my time interviewing with these people. How can you go ghost/radio silent on people off of a phone interview and the phone interview felt more like a brief discussion. It would be nice to have some kind closure (like a phone call or email) if a candidate didn't get the job. If you are looking to hire and train someone especially in entry-level position..give them a chance! Don't go off of just a lousy phone interview!
