If I called your current boss, what would they tell me about you?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ESPN (Bristol, CT) in Jan 2019
Interview
LONG! I applied for the job early November. Within 2 days I heard back from a recruiter via phone call. I completed a phone screen. Then she sent my phone interview answers over to Bristol. It took a while to hear back. Then she informed me I would move on to a phone interview with a VP I would be supporting potentially. Another recruiter set that up and again I waited. After doing very well on the phone interview, I waited another 1.5 weeks to hear back. I moved on to an in person interview which was scheduled for another month in advance. Finally, after the in person interview and waiting another 2 weeks, I heard that I did not get the job from the recruiter. No feedback was given. In total it was three months.
