There was no interview. Have a bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or whatever requirements are stated. You must have a clean background. Pay $75 to have the background check completed. Go to ess.com and create an account. Select the option to teach or a different option. Complete the next steps after completing all of what you can until the employer reaches back out to you. It took approximately one month to apply and begin work.
This is based on my own personal experience. There wasn't a formal interview process. The only time I spoke to someone face-to-face was during a video onboarding meeting, which they scheduled via email after my application and background check were completed.
The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.

The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer was personable and I felt confident and comfortable during the interview. It was a seamless process and I was employed immediately.
