Interview
I was first interviewed by the HR representative. They offered me a beverage(coffee, soda, or water) basically went over my application. Then I was interviewed by my would-be manager. She also went over my application with me and asked questions such as: Describe a difficult situation you have been put in in the workplace and how you handled it? What were did you like best and least(I think it was three things) about your previous employer? Where do you see yourself in five years.
The work environment was great. It is a very cool building, however it took me a minute or two to figure out where the reception desk was. The atmosphere is very casual, with no dress code (except for heel-less close toed shoes in manufacturing). I asked both of my interviewers what they liked the best about working there and they both said they loved the people, the management, and atmosphere. It is a large company run like a small one, there are many married couples and families all working here.

Interview
A few behavioral questions. Fairly simple "can you do this job?" questions - like level of Excel, Word. Basic communication questions. It was about 30 minute long. It was in an HR interview room. When you first walk in, it's a theatre stage and looks a little overwhelming, but it's very cool.
