3-step interview process
1st interview is face to face with a recruiter, simple as an interview can be, more personal than technical, just to get to show off personality and ability to communicate.
2nd Interview is over the phone with a Manager, More or less the same as the first interview, however there are a few technical questions relating to Queries and your confidence in your ability to code.
3rd Interview is in person with a Senior Specialist in the company who interviews you mostly about your technical experience and capability. Not too many technical questions, SQL and HTML basics are key here, but nothing one who has the fundamentals down shouldn't pass. Most of the interview is about technical experience and ability to communicate those experiences while relating them to the position and company. Once again, nothing too difficult, prepare for SQL and HTML.
