Recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn. In the end I went through 4 interviews with 4 different members of the organization. Honestly really enjoyed talking to each of them and learning about the company. Everyone seemed very standup and I really wanted the job. I didn't get an offer but instead of ghosting me like most companies after they've chosen a different route, the recruiter called me personally and explained their thought process which I really appreciated. It was bittersweet but I really appreciated it. Throughout the whole process the recruiter kept me updated and answered any and all questions I had. She was awesome. From what I know about ETQ, I couldn't recommend them enough even though I did not get the job. Class acts all the way through and if you get the chance to interview I would take it.
