The position was to be filled for HQ in St. Florian am Inn. I applied online through EVG career site and got the interview within a week or so. I have been interviewed by two team leaders and a guy from HR. My general impression (as an experienced interviewer) was that the interview was quite smooth and in a good atmosphere. My experience, knowledge and the position I was holding at the time of the interview were exact match with their expectations and requirements. At the end of the interview, the HR guy told me that they will invite me to HQ to show me the R&D center and introduce me to the team. So, I was hoping that they were definite about that. Long story short, in about 5 weeks I have received a rejection email without mentioning any reason for that. Overall, a negative experience. I think such cases deserve a more transparent procedure and, at least, the interviewed candidates must be notified of the rejection reasons. I am not going to apply for any positions in EVG in the future.
