I applied in-person. I interviewed at EVEREVE in Apr 2017
Interview
The first interview was a brief phone interview asking if I've worked retail and why I chose to apply for the company. The second was in person with the store mamanger (went well from what I presumed). The third was a 'Brand experience' to see if I could style with the products they had to offer. The last interview was with the president of the company.
Advice to the company, For such a lengthy process, if you guys choose to forgo another candidate please let any other candidates who went through the process know they did not get the position. Three weeks is a long time to string someone along and not have an answer. If you don't see someone fit for your company tell them sooner rather than later.
Prior to my interviews I've done my research to see what is expected. There were a few people who've been treated the same way and it's quite disappointing to know I'm another person who's had a similar experience. Very poor communication skills all around. Really wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt but for warn anyone applying for this position or any kind of management position.
If you are applying for a stylist position, it's an easy ride. The turn over rate is so high they need you more then you need them.

Interview
3 hour interview due to poor scheduling. Asked every question on the paper. Manager had to run back and forth from interviewing me to helping customers on the floor. Didn't have time for lunch, so manager was eating crackers during the interview. Waiting time was so long that I took another job.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at EVEREVE in Feb 2017
Interview
First there was a mini phone interview/get to know you call. Then an in-person interview. I also did a follow-up interview when the person above the District Manager had further questions. It was pretty straight forward. They want to know if you have customer service skills, and if you'll fit the brand.
