Applied online and heard back within a week or two to set up an interview. From there the interview was very stress-free and comfortable, talking 1-on-1 with the store manager asking various questions.

In person - met with manager for about 10-15 minutes. Answered “why do I want to work for this company” type questions. Had me do a mock styling session with one of their employees posing as a customer (this was before store opened for the day).
