I applied online. I interviewed at EVEREVE (Noblesville, IN) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process was completed in two parts for me. First, I had the typical discussion and introduction about what it would be like to be a stylist and then also tell a bit about myself. The second half was me styling a couple of outfits to get feedback and give the team an idea on where my styling expertise lies.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One thing I was asked about was if I’d be able to work at least a shift once every weekend for every three weekends, which is typical for retail.
Super chill interview. Manager simply asked me questions about myself, nothing hypothetical. I talked about my hobbies, interest in working at Evereve. It was more like talking to a new friend than a nerve-wracking interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EVEREVE (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2019
Interview
Relaxed and easy-going, felt just like I was having a normal conversation. The second half of the interview I got the chance to observe the styling floor and demonstrate how I would style a customer based on different scenarios. I was nervous at first, but the woman interviewing me was so encouraging and I ended up having so much fun!
